When Joff curates the Arnhem Mode Biennale he uses the platform to open up the public perception of the fashion industry by offering first hand experience to interact with works up close. He spends the two year interim exploring which collections and designers to incorporate into each annual context and concept. To run alongside both emerging and established names, he picks a selection of the latest talent graduating from international schools to give equal opportunities of exposure.
