Mon 9th July: Nike Fuel Fest at Battersea Power Station

Last evening NIKE turned Battersea Power Station into an architectural equivalent of the LED barcode on their fuel bands with the building flashing from red, thru amber to green.  An audience were invited to sync their devices and dance to Magnetic Man & Tinie Tempah to measure their energy whilst generally having fun at a festival, NIKE style.  The day started off at the British 10K run with 25,000 runners and ten teams travelling to London from dissparate cities and the event's success culminating in this mass celebration.  Here you can see NYC's Heron Preston's phone showing the start of the run and UK's collective "RunDemCrew" Charli Dark and BangsAndABun jackets.  Charli was part of the initial crew I attended the launch with alongside Cassetteplaya who's jacket Ive also snapped, as we had our first reunion since the inaugural Fuel voyage back in January.
