There is a moonlighting barista at my favourite cafe Mouse & De Lotz next door ......... Callum Hale Thomson a.k.a "The Young Barista". The roaming cafe connoisseur has set up a pop up station front of house in YCN as a fun celebration of thier tenth anniversary. Callum will be churning out cappuccino's in specially printed cups to passers by as well as clients at the creative agency. I popped in to try a cortado which the fifteen year old deftly poured with finesse so the froth formed a heart shape formation.
