Friday 25th April: "Eye In The Sky" by Jim Stoten at Jaguar Shoes

"Eye In The Sky" by Jim Stoten at DreamBagsJaguarShoes focuses on flying creatures and machines via one unique illustration blown up and wall-papered on the walls, 360 degrees around of the space.  Aeroplanes suspend from the ceiling with miniature versions to pick up, alongside holographic glasses to put on and view the images thru UV lighting to make the psychedelic sketches even more trippy!  In conjunction with the exhibition there are costume making workshops and live music events - see more details here.
32-34 Kingsland Road, London, E2 8AA

Friday 25th April: Lazy Oaf X Garfield

Last evening Lazy Oaf launched thier latest collection - a collaboration with Jim Davis' Garfield.  I'm in love with the "Cats Can Swim" body suit which to all intents and purposes is usually a sexy slinky garm; but this one has a smarmy, cynical Garfield grimace across it - too cute!  Rosy Nicholas headed up the set design of the installation having been on board to create the look book and film.   Here she is wearing my other favourite item from the collection, the pink high-wasted trousers with a print of a Pharaoh style Garfield.  It's ALL lush, go take a look over on the site which went live today.
Shout out to Breakfast Club for the complimentary cat themed cocktails - milky whisker-likin White Russians.
